Natalie joined RT Insurance in 2018 with an Associates Degree in business management from Indiana Wesleyan and an extensive background in customer service. She manages both personal and commercial accounts, processes claims, and gives clients the best in customer service.
Natalie and her husband Jeff have two sons, Jake and Sam, that keep them on the go attending athletic events. When she finds a moment to slow down a take a time for herself, she enjoys paper-crafting greeting cards and scrapbooks.
